A am not a Java programmer, so this might not be accurate. Everything I say is from my experience as a.net programmer. I highly suspect that the texture pack is not responsible for the crash.

Just a heads up, but it seems your textures for the Thaumcraft Infernal Furnace and the Infusion Altar are incorrectly named, causing the finished multi-block to look.odd, to say the least. For the Altar, the file 'infusion0.png' should be 'infusion1.png', 'infusion1.png' should be 'infusion2.png' and so on for the rest. The Furnace textures take a little more work to fix.
