The staff is friendly, laid back, and knowledgeable. They sell high quality foods/treats/toys for dogs, cats, and some small animals. They don't sell any of those low grade foods found at corporate stores (Which is always a good sign). They truly care about your pet's well-being and are never pushy. They also gave us phone numbers and directions of where we could drop off the kitten for others that had the time to feed and care for a kitten so young. Because of them an abandoned kitten wound up finding a home when we took it to one of the places that they recommended. I highly recommend this establishment as they dole out advice just as naturally as they process sales. If you enjoy an atmosphere filled with people that are dog/cat lovers, you will enjoy Howl.
