Siegfried Schtauffen Comparision of the voice over actors who have been the voice of Siegfried Schtauffen with sound clips and images. Franchise: Siegfried Schtauffen is one of the main characters in the whom has been around in the series since right from the. Siegfried was skilled in swordsmanship ever since his teenage years as he was the son of a knight but he became a murderous mercenary who originally desired to find Soul Edge so he can destroy his fathers killer.

Unfortunately for Siegfried when he tried to wield Soul Edge he was changed into but in he regained his humanity and has tried to atone for his past sins ever since. While Siegfried has occasionally received aid from those such as and he normally fights alone against the evil forces of Nightmare and Soul Edge as he tries to redeem himself. Alright Ladies and Gents today on the Soul Calibur VC section we take a look at the Main Character of the series.

SIEGFRIED SCHTAUFFEN! Let us begin. - Eric's voice for the role was actually pretty (in which keep in mind back then Siegfried was a teenage boy). As for Eric's performance well the quality of it is kind of inconsistent to me as when he is playing Siegfried as a cocky little punk its pretty good but his performance during Siegfried's more serious moments is not really bad but its kind of iffy. But nevertheless Eric's work on the role is an alright example of the voice work in the game and his handiwork in general. - While Crispin was at the time rather typecasted as 'brooding prettyboy with LOTS of angst issues' but this is a good reminder of how Crispin can do these roles rather well. Check My Chanel Serial Number.

Crispin's voice and performance for the role was very good as Crispin gave a very good sense of dramatic intensity as the young swordsman who strives to atone his literally monstrous past. (Though I also liked on how Crispin's voice did have a fairly gruff tone to it but his voice still suited on how Siegfried was still very much a young man). So in other words Crispin's work as Siegfried is a good example of his work and one of the better performances in that game. - Roger's voice and performance was also pretty good as it does suit on how Siegfried is a traveling swordsman who is out to fight the forces of evil and atone for his past. While Roger's work as Siegfried is a bit more subdued compared to Crispin's it is still a good performance in its own right as his voice for the role did suit the role's angst-ridden nature fairly well.

So in other words Roger's work as Siegfried is pretty good and its a pretty good example of his handiwork and of the voice work in the series. Overall I am going with Crispin the most with Roger at a close second with Eric at an okay third. @NCZ 3 years late, but I can imagine that maybe the script wasnt adapted well. The pauses are likely where it was natural in Japanese, but the order of the translated words was different & didnt fit the Japanese performance's rhythm. One issue with ADR is that you're essentially forcing/shoving words into someone else's mouth. Recently, some major-league publishers/developers have solved this problem (for say, Final Fantasy & a few other major dubs), so that there are truly separate, original versions for each region.

Which I commend them for doing.but it's certainly not feasible enough in general, unfortunately.

If a moderator stumbles on this thread, feel free to rename it something like 'Character speech' as I doubt we'll be talking much more of the narrator:-P Here's the requested speech sets: I included their entire speech set (this is all their speech except for the quotes and yells they have during battle). The last 2 are usually their lines for saying 'Soul Calibur. Papa Johns on this page. , before that it's their shopping lines, before that it's the lines for some training mode (my guess), before that it's their critical finisher lines, and before that it's a bunch of random stuff. Darth Vader and Yoda seems to differ a bit though.
